Note: The beta version of TaxLien Pro has been tested, but may still contain bugs. Our beta version is not for sale, but we do offer a beta testing program. If you are interested in becoming a beta tester contact our business department. We value everyone’s interest and feedback when it comes to beta testing our software. We do, however, limit the number of beta testers we use, and at times may not need additional testers.



New Features

Yes Automated Data Entry – Download data about delinquent properties directly from the State of Montana Cadastral website. The current taxpayer’s name and address, the legal description of the property, township, section, range, Montana Department of Revenue land and building values, area, and additional data fields are automatically filled by the software.

Yes Helpful Reminder System – Receive notifications about upcoming deadlines via computer popup messages, email, or cell phone text messages.

Yes Comprehensive Contact Database – TaxLien Pro software includes a database of Montana County contacts including all County Treasurers, Clerks and Recorder, Official County newspapers, and title companies – all updated on a regular basis.

Yes Financial Management – Keep track of all expenses associated with each property simply and accurately. Quickly and easily enter any costs incurred in the process of obtaining tax deeds (e.g. certified letters, filing fees, publishing costs, etc.), and then print out a Certification of Costs form to notify the County Treasurer. Any of those costs about which the Treasurer has been notified will be reimbursed if the property is redeemed!

Yes Document Management – A built in document imaging solution is included in TaxLien Pro that allows you to scan and store any document for future reference, printing or emailing. It’s an electronic filing system!
